Chou Kong Seng
Non-Executive Chairman

CHOU KONG SENG is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. He has been a Director in the Group since December 1997 and was appointed as a Director of the Company in January 2003. He was last re-elected in April 2005. Mr. Chou is currently the Finance Director of Acma Ltd as well as the Non-Executive Chairman of China Enersave Limited, both of which are listed companies on SGX-ST. Acma Ltd is the holding company of Creative Master Bermuda Limited. Mr. Chou qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore.

Carl Tong Ka Wing
Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

 
CARL TONG KA WING was appointed as a Director of the Company upon its incorporation in December 2002 and is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director as well as Deputy Chairman. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tong has ultimate responsibility for the management of the Group, and sets strategic directions and plans for the future growth and expansion of the Group. He also served as Company Secretary of Creative Master International Inc. (¡°CMII¡±), the previous holding company of the Group listed on NASDAQ, from December 1997 to September 1998 and as Chief Financial Officer from September 1998 to November 1998. Mr. Tong was appointed as a Director of eSun Holdings Ltd on 30 September 2004. He is also a Director of Acma Strategic Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder of the Company. Mr. Tong co-founded Creative Master Limited (¡°CML¡±) in 1986 and was only involved full-time in CML starting from early 1996 when he was appointed CEO. From 1988 to 1995, he worked as a management consultant (through his own firm, Carl Tong & Associates Management Consultancy Limited). He is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants and a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom. Mr. Tong obtained a Diploma in Automobile Engineering in the United Kingdom.

Leo Kwok Sheck Pui
Director and Chief Operating Officer

 
LEO KWOK SHECK PUI has been the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Group since December 1997 and was appointed as a Director of the Company in September 2003. He was last re-elected in April 2005. He is in charge of the operations of the Group as well as the Quality Assurance Division of the Group. Mr. Kwok co-founded CML in 1986. Before founding CML, Mr. Kwok worked for the purchasing office of Hallmark Cards Inc., in Asia from 1980 to 1987, where his last position was Chief Merchandise Manager. From 1976 to 1979, Mr. Kwok worked as a Trainee Engineer at Automatic Manufacturing Limited in Hong Kong and later as a Quality Control & Quality Assurance Manager at Louis Marx Toys, Hong Kong. Mr. Kwok holds a Diploma of Production and Industrial Engineering and a Higher Certificate in Production Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic.




Shing Kam Ming
Chief Financial Officer

SHING KAM MING was appointed as an Alternate Director to Mr. Leo Kwok Sheck Pui in January 2005. He joined the Group in 1993 as Finance & Administration Manager and has held the position of Senior Vice-President, Finance & Administration since January 1998. With effect from 1 January 2005, Mr. Shing was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and has responsibility for the management of accounting, financial and reporting functions. Prior to joining Creative Master in 1993, Mr. Shing was Assistant Costing Manager for the Hong Kong computer manufacturing division of a US-listed company. He has a BA in Accounting from RMIT University, Australia.

Michael Tan Kiah Teck
Independent Director

Michael Tan Kiah Teck has been an independent director of CMBL since 24 April 2007. After a short period as an engineer, he moved to the financial services industry in 1982. Mr. Tan was from 2005 to early 2007, Managing Director of Union Bancaire Privee (Singapore) Limited. In 2005, he served as a Financial Advisor with Citigroup Wealth Advisors (Australia) Pty Ltd. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of Prudential-Bache Securities Asia Pacific Ltd / Dryden Wealth Management (Singapore) Ltd. from 1995 to 2004. Between 1983 and 1995, he held various senior management positions with Smith Barney HG Asia Ltd and Drexel Burnham Lambert Securities Pte. Ltd.. Mr. Tan holds a MBA from Syracuse University, New York and a First Class Honours Degree (Mechanical Engineering) from Imperial College, University of London.

Clayton K. Trier
Independent Director

CLAYTON K. TRIER has been an Independent Director of the Company since its initial listing in December 2003. He was last re-elected in April 2004. He is an entrepreneur and a private investor based in Houston, Texas. Mr. Trier was an Independent Director of CMII, the previous holding company of the Group, when it was listed on NASDAQ from 1998 to 2000, and served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of CMII during this period. He was a founder and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Delivery Systems, a transportation and logistics company operating in North America, from 1993 to 1997. U.S. Delivery Systems completed an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (¡°NYSE¡±) in 1994 and was acquired by Corporate Express in 1996, and Mr. Trier continued to lead U.S. Delivery Systems and served on the Board of Corporate Express for one year following the acquisition. From 1991 to 1993, he headed Trier & Partners, a private investment banking firm. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Trier was employed by Allwaste, Inc., a NYSE listed environmental services firm, where he served as President and Co-Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Trier joined Arthur Andersen in 1974 and was a partner in that international accounting firm from 1983 to 1987. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director of U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc (NASDAQ: ¡°USPH¡±) and as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Digital Music Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ¡°DMGI¡±).

Danny Lo Kan Yu
Independent Director

DANN Y LO KAN YU has been an Independent Director of the Company since its initial listing in December 2003. He was last re-elected in April 2004. He is currently an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of GMG Global Ltd, a company listed on the SGX-ST. Mr. Lo is responsible for the financial planning, strategic planning, business development, corporate governance, risk management and control of the GMG Global Ltd group. He is also a Director of RML Management Consultants since 1995. Prior to 1995, he held senior management positions in the Cathay Organisation group of companies from 1984 to 1995. He was trained at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, the United Kingdom as a Chartered Accountant and continued his employment in the United Kingdom before returning to Singapore in 1981. Mr. Lo is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Adam Tan Chin Han
Non-Executive Director

ADAM TAN CHIN HAN has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since its initial listing in December 2003. He was last re-elected in April 2004. Mr. Tan is currently a Director of Plasticscommerce Pte Ltd. From 1999 to May 2000, he was an analyst with the Equity Sales Division of Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte Ltd, serving institutional clients. Mr. Tan holds an Honours Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Masayuki Tamiya
Non-Executive Director
MASAYUKI TAMIYA has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since November 2004. He was last re-elected in April 2005. Mr. Tamiya has been the Senior Executive Director of Tamiya Inc. since 1990. Founded by Mr. Yoshio Tamiya in 1946, Tamiya Inc. is based in Shizuoka, Japan and manufactures hobby products such as scale models, radio control models, and educational model kits. Mr. Tamiya has also served as the Senior Executive Director of Tamiya Plastic Co., Ltd since 1992. Mr. Tamiya was appointed as a Director of Tamiya Singapore Ltd., a company established in Singapore in April 2004. Mr. Tamiya is currently a Director of Tamiya (Hong Kong) Limited and Tamiya Creative Master Engineering Limited. Prior to joining Tamiya Inc. in 1988, Mr. Tamiya worked for Tokai Bank in Japan. He graduated from the University of Tokyo with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (American Regional Study) in 1981.
